Multifungo allocate an efficient service provider closer to your local government and a free 24 hours project manager, you negotiate with the vendor and the project manager document the exact service deliverables. You are communicated to by Multifungo via call and email

Service Survey
Project Manager & Quotation Survey
The project manager uploads the quotation and project scope to the market cost survey dept, where they assist in re-negotiating the cost down after survey of cost of sales/workmanship agreement with the client, these gives you the opportunity for a reduced cost than the agreed cost. After 24 hours, if you need the project manager on site to supervise and coordinate the project scope with the vendor,you pay for project management services dependent on project time frame and space

Service Delivery
Service Delivery & Implementation
All clients pay Multifungo and the Account dept disburse to vendor based on milestone of project done, If project management services are paid, the project manager is Onsite and offsite to supervise the vendor. The client gets 5% return on workmanship of the vendor, if the vendor fails to finish project on agreed date. After completion of job, the client has a privilege of 1-7 days to pay balance to cross check what was agreed on the project scope.
